Pastor Rick Whittaker

Lead Pastor of the Floyd Church of God, Rick Whittaker, has a heart for the lost, hurting, and helpless of this world. Pastor Rick is an Ordained Minister with the Church of God, Cleveland TN.

Pastor Rick did not grow up in church, but since rededicating his life to the Lord, he has had one simple thought in mind: God, send me! Use me how you need me! I'm your servant, and I will go.

A servant heart is the best way to describe Pastor Rick! Not only does he lead the congregation at Floyd but if he asks something of you it's a guarantee he is going to be there helping you.

Before coming to Floyd COG, Pastor Rick and his wife Trish ministry started at the Pearisburg Church of God as Youth Pastor's there. Pastor Rick and Trish have been married since 2017.  When Pastor and Trish are not at the church you will find them spending time with family and friends or doing school work!

Pastor Rick has one adult daughter Harley who is the absolute pride and joy of his life!
